iPad

When I first saw it and heard the name, I thought it was definitely a hoax. It was what looked like a doctored image of Steve Jobs with the iTouch, edited to make the iTouch look larger. And the name, too, I would think Apple would be more creative than that. Then I came to my senses. This wasn't a hoax, but the long-awaited Apple Tablet PC. When you first see it, the product seems kind of promising, but not amazing. But after the reviews, it seems to be even worse than anyone thought, especially for the peoples' expectations of Apple. It has no disk drive, no Flash support(half the websites won't work), and it doesn't even have a USB port! And Jobs says it is better than a netbook could ever be? Tsk, tsk. Someone who buys it will definitely realize that $500 is the worst deal you can get for a product which is just an E-reader that can browse the Internet. Last but not least, it doesn't have Mac OS, but simply the iPhone OS. Normally Apple's products trailblaze a path to popularity for any product genre they work with... not this time, though. All in all, I think the iPad is just an extension of the iPhone, and Apple shouldn't expect too much sales out of it.
