Geography Bee

Sorry about the break in posting. School started last week for me, and I've already been overwhelmed with homework, as well as making progress on our robotics stuff. I'm sort of an educational contests sort of guy, and another one I do is the National Geographic Bee, hosted by the-you guessed it- National Geographic Society. Basically they give you a geography question, and you have to answer it in, like, 15 seconds. It's really well planned out, and the winner at the Nationals in Washington, DC gets a $25,000 college scholarship. They have held one every year since 1989, and guess who the MC is: Alex Trebek (also the host of Jeopardy)! So far the farthest i've gotten is 32nd place in the state (but only the top 100 in a 35 million person state even get there!).
